basic stay near town
outdoor steps carpet stains
the staff were really friendly which i appreciated.
Access to my room involved outdoor steps which i found difficult with luggage. the room decor was sparse and the carpet had some stains on it. also, plumbing made some loud noises at night. It was a weird grinder sound.

The staff were friendly and helpful. i was given a large tv in my room. the location was also very good. It was close to everywhere i needed to be in the centre.
access to the rooms felt a little unsafe around the back, it could use some lighting.

I found the staff very friendly . My room included towels and a kettle, convenient. The heating worked well, and I liked the shower.

The hotel offers a separate entrance , which avoids the need to walk through the pub area, this provides added privacy. Check-in was quick, allowing me to settle into my room without delay. the hotel location is close to both the bus and train stations.

the location was perfect. the room was clean. i rarely heard bar noises. i found it a short walk to the train station and also the town center. i also got good parking around the area, priced well.
access to the rooms is round the back of the pub and felt a little unsafe.

Fantastic Stay Near Everything
great value friendly staff convenient location easy access
This spot is great value for money. I especially liked the friendly staff. Ray, the landlord, is a true legend! The location is convenient, especially since it is close to town. Access to the train station is easy, a real plus for getting around. This place will be my go-to whenever I am in the area!
The decor felt a bit sparse, however it was a really minor detail that didn't affect my experience much.

The staff was super friendly and helpful . One gentleman working at the bar, whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, showed really good kindness! A lady found my watch in the bedroom and the gentleman kindly arranged to post it, so kind.
